Some designers will make your brand beautiful. Some strategists will make it smart. Very few can do both — and fewer still have spent decades doing it at the highest possible level.
Brooke Hoe is a Ringling College of Art & Design-trained designer who built her career developing creative strategy for some of the most demanding, high-stakes environments in the world. For the better part of her career, that meant the Office of the Chairman at one of the world's largest professional services firms — where she partnered with senior leaders to craft the stories, visuals, and digital experiences that won hundreds of millions of dollars in new business from Fortune 500 clients across sectors including global athletic brands, international energy companies, and major financial institutions.
In that world, there was no room for "good enough." Every deliverable had to be both strategically airtight and visually arresting. Every story had to land. Every detail — down to the last pixel — had to earn its place.
She brought that same standard to every pursuit. And she brings it to every founder she works with today.
It started with a logo.
What I thought would be a simple refresh for a local yoga and barre studio turned into an 18-month strategic partnership — and the clearest signal I've ever received about where my work belongs. I watched a business transform. Membership grew by 75%. I showed up for every milestone, every challenge, every pivot. The studio went from beloved neighborhood spot to acquisition target. And I realized I hadn't just designed a brand — I'd helped build something that genuinely mattered to people's lives.
That's when I knew. The skills I'd spent decades sharpening in the highest-pressure rooms in corporate America were exactly what wellness founders needed — they just hadn't had access to them.
Now they do.
Innovation isn't just something Brooke does. In a very real sense, it's something she comes from.
Her great-great uncle, Richard March Hoe, invented the rotary printing press — the technology that transformed how the world shares ideas. His brother, Robert Hoe, was a celebrated collector of art and books who helped found the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Grolier Club.
